STATESVILLE, N.C. – The more Ryan Millington races his sharp No. 17 INEX legends car, the more confident he grows. Last Friday, Ryan, a Young Lions division racer who is just 13 years of age, again put on a spirited battle with Pro division racer Justin Ashley for the win at Anderson Speedway in South Carolina before a late race decision put him fourth overall at the finish line.

The youngster was again first in the Young Lions division, another successful night for Ryan and the Kyle Beattie Racing team.

“I wanted the win this week,” Ryan said after the race. “I won my class again, but I want to show that I can beat (Justin) and the other guys from the other classes, too. It’s a challenge to race against Justin. He’s a really good racer. I made a move to go for the win and it didn’t work out so I ended up fourth. I’d rather finish fourth going for the win than just sit in line and get second. Kyle Beattie Racing gives me a winning car every week. I’m still learning but I think we’re getting better. The wins will come if I just keep trying! Thanks to my Dad, Kyle Beattie Racing and TAOTAO USA, Inc. for all of their support. Congratulations to Justin on getting the overall win.”
