The trio also took a look at Denny Hamlin’s health conundrum, Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s potential seat-swap with Graham Rahal, and more as part of a double dose of NASCAR news and notes on the show!

Seelman sat down with young Andretti Autosport pilot Garett Grist to discuss his anticipation for that division’s season-opener this weekend on the streets of St. Petersburg, Florida, as well as to talk about his rise through the ranks of the Mazda Road to Indy and his experience with Andretti Autosport over the past year.

Open wheel insider Joel Sebastianelli sat down with the crew to preview both the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg to open the season for the Verizon IndyCar Series this weekend and the Malaysian Grand Prix, round two of the Formula One World Championship.
