To those who are “in the know” about NASCAR-style Modified racing, Ryan Preece is thought of as one of the top shoes in the division.  A driver who has won in several different cars for several different teams at several different tracks, Ryan’s combination of aggressiveness and adaptability make him a threat wherever he goes.  As RaceChaser Online Editor-In-Chief Tom Baker did this interview on Saturday morning, Ryan had won Thompson on Thursday and finished second at Stafford on Friday.  He was en-route to Riverhead Raceway for a race Saturday night and then doing road time to Seekonk Speedway for a Sunday show to cap off a four-race, three-state “mini-tour” as summer begins to crawl out of hibernation.
