EPPING, N.H. — Joey Polewarczyk Jr. earned his third Pro All Stars Series North super late model victory of the season Friday night in the twice-postponed Make A Wish 150 at Star Speedway.

Polewarczyk started 13th and methodically working his way through the field to take the lead from Joey Doiron. Doiron had led most of the 150-lap race after taking the lead away from early leader Todd Stone at the event’s quarter pole.

A late-race restart erased a healthy lead held by Doiron, then Polewarczyk took command.

In the closing laps, Travis Benjamin made a late charge that came up about a car-length short aboard the No. 99 Restaurants car. Doiron crossed the line in third position.

Four-time PASS North Super Late Model champion Ben Rowe was the fourth-place finisher after starting 14th on the grid. Tracy Gordon raced with the contenders throughout the 150-lapper and claimed the last slot in the top-five.

Polewarczyk’s victory was made possible by the twice-rescheduled, rare Friday night race date at Star Speedway.
