SALEM, Ind. – official track release —

Salem Speedway’s JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour late model event, originally scheduled for June 11, has been moved to one week later on the Salem slate and will now take place on June 18.

The Salem race originally scheduled for June 18, featuring the Lucas Oil Great American Stocks and three other divisions, has been moved to June 4.

“The changes provide better balance on our 2016 schedule by eliminating racing on back-to-back weekends,” said general manager Richard Deaton. “It also helps Berlin Raceway solve a scheduling conflict that they were dealing with.”

The month of June now kicks off at Salem with the Lucas Oil Great American Stocks, O’Reilly Auto Parts Pure Stocks and Salem Front Wheel Drive Stocks on June 4. Then on Saturday, June 18th it’s the Midwest 150 with the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour and all three Salem Speedway divisions.

The Midwest Legends Cars, which were scheduled for June 18, are not available for the June 4 rescheduled date.
