Kalamazoo Speedway has released its 2016 schedule of events, featuring 15 points-paying events for the outlaw super late models and two non-point events.

The point season will begin on April 29 and run through Aug. 26. September will feature special events that have become traditional for the facility.

Two non-point Wednesday night races for the outlaw super late models highlight the 2016 schedule. The inaugural Gary Terry Follow Your Dreams 125 is scheduled for June 8, while the running of the annual Kalamazoo Klash is scheduled for Aug. 10.

Several other high lap weekly events will spotlight this division, including the Intimidator 100 on opening night, April 29.

In addition to the Friday night weekly points races, several special shows accent the season. Friday, July 1 marks the return of Bus Mania along with the biggest fireworks spectacular in Kalamazoo Speedway history. The Auto Value Bumper to Bumper Sprint Car Series returns to Kalamazoo on July 15, running alongside the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series outlaw super late models and three of the other weekly divisions.

Following Season Championship night on Aug. 26, the schedule switches to Saturday night.
