MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Korbin Forrister has teamed up with Wauters Motorsports to contest the full NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season, beginning with Friday’s season-opening NextEra Energy Resources 250 at Daytona Int’l Speedway.

Advanced Medical Laboratories will be the primary sponsor of the No. 5 Toyota Tundra at both Daytona and at Atlanta Motor Speedway on March 4.

Forrister has 29 starts in the Truck Series, including one in the No. 5 Wauters Motorsports entry at Talladega Superspeedway last October. He has one prior Truck start at Daytona, finishing 12th in 2015.

“I’m really excited to be running a full season with (team owner) Richie (Wauters) this year,” Forrister said.  “He and I developed a strong bond running together last year in some super late model races, and it even got stronger after our run together at Talladega. Our communication level is really good and I am looking forward to having a successful year together.  This team always builds top-notch equipment and I know we have an amazing Advanced Medical Laboratories Toyota Tundra for Daytona.”

“We are looking forward to running with Korbin (Forrister) for the full season,” added Wauters. “We really had a good run going at Talladega until he was a victim of circumstance of plate racing. We put that behind us and are focused on a solid 2017 season with Toyota and Joe Gibbs Racing engines. I want to send a big thank you to Paul and Lourdes Schloss with Advanced Medical Laboratories for coming on board with us!”
