The competition schedule for Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s Bullring short track has been finalized for 2016.

Days after celebrating an immensely successful 2015 season with its annual awards banquet at Sam’s Town on Saturday night, the three-eighths-mile paved oval has locked in its 2016 lineup, with nearly 20 event nights planned for the upcoming year. The season kicks off with an open testing session on March 12, with the U.S. Legends Spring Nationals following March 17-20.

The season will conclude with the annual West Coast Short Track Championships on Nov. 19.

The 2016 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series begins on March 26, includes a total of 11 race weekends and will culminate with the Sept. 24 Championship Night. The track will host the immensely popular Night of Fire on Saturday, July 2, before taking a break until Aug. 27 to avoid the summer heat wave.

Other special nights include Mobil 1 Racing Oil Night on April 23, Lucas Oil Night on May 21, the 14th annual Chris Trickle Classic – named after the late NASCAR racer from Las Vegas who died in 1998 after being injured in a drive-by shooting a year earlier – on June 4, the Keith Danser Kids Candy Toss Presented by Whelen Engineering on Sept. 10 and the annual Fall Classic Oct. 21-22. The track once again will host a number of theme nights, including Military Appreciation Night and Hometown Heroes Night, on specific race weekends that will be determined in 2016.

The 2016 season will mark the 16th year of racing at The Bullring with its current configuration.
