KOTW: Royal Purple Signs as Title Sponsor for King of the Wing National Sprint Car Series

INDIANAPOLIS – official series release —

Royal Purple Synthetic Oil has been named the title sponsor for the King of the Wing National Sprint Car Series.

The partnership is effective immediately for the series, which begins the season next weekend with the Southeast Tour.

“We’re excited to have Royal Purple as the title sponsor of the King of the Wing’s National Sprint Car Series,” said Series Director Tom Hartsell. “Many racers already know Royal Purple is one of the best synthetic oils available, and we want to help spread the word about all the other great products Royal Purple has to offer racers, automotive, and marine enthusiasts.”

“Having a company as recognized and respected as Royal Purple on board with King of the Wing will help us grow the series for both the racers and sprint car fans. We’ve come up with a number of great ideas to activate the partnership on all levels, and are excited for the 2016 season and beyond.”

The Royal Purple King of the Wing National Sprint Car Series kicks off next weekend with the Southeast Tour beginning at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Fla., on April 1 before heading to Mobile Int’l Speedway and Montgomery Motor Speedway in Alabama on April 2-3.

Reigning series champion Aaron Pierce will lead a field of top asphalt sprint car drivers as they battle for an overall purse worth $25,000 every night of the Royal Purple King of the Wing National Sprint Car Series.
