February 7, 2014 — RaceChaser Online/Speed77 Radio audio — CHARLOTTE, NC — If you missed last night’s brand new Stock Car Steel/SRI Motorsports Show on Speed77 Radio powered by Race Chaser Online, you missed quite an earful, but we’ve got it all for you right here!

Co-hosts Jacob Seelman and Kyle Souza took to the Roundtable in usual host Tom Baker’s absence, and delivered a myriad of stories and driver interviews from around the regional touring, late model and modified circles over the course of the lightning fast hour!

K&N Pro Series East rookie competitor for 2014, Ben Rhodes, stopped by to talk about his full-time ride for 2014 with Turner-Scott Motorsports and his outlook on contending for the title this season.

NASCAR WHELEN Modified Tour and motorsports veteran “Money Matt” Hirschman sat down with both Kyle and Jacob to discuss his new ride with Wayne Darling in the No. 52 car for 2014 as well as some of the other racing ventures he’ll be tackling in the upcoming year.

Souza and Seelman previewed the modified portion of the upcoming UNOH Battle at the Beach, including the recent additions of young star Kyle Benjamin and Long Islanders Dave Brigati (driving for Hill Enterprises) and J.R. Bertuccio.

Young gun James Bickford, cousin to four-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Jeff Gordon, spoke candidly about his new opportunity for 2014, stepping into the championship-winning ride vacated by Derek Thorn at Bob Bruncati Racing (the No. 6) to make a run at Rookie of the Year honors.

And Legend car and late model hotshoe Joe Ryan Osborne joined the crew to discuss his new home for 2014, taking over the Grady Jeffries/Shady Grady Racing machine formerly piloted by NASCAR WHELEN Southern Modified Tour regular John Smith, sparking his quest for rookie honors in the expanding Southern tour for the 2014 season.

Thanks to all the folks at Stock Car Steel / SRI-Supplies for making this show possible.  We race on with a full season of pavement Late Model/Modified/Stock Car coverage on Thursday nights at 7 PM Eastern right here on Speed77 Radio/RaceChaser!
