AMA SX: Kawasaki Pro Circuit Riders Sidelined for New Jersey Supercross

April 24, 2014 — team release — EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Injuries have crippled the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Team competing in the Monster Energy AMA Supercross 250 East Regional division.

As the series wraps up Saturday night at MetLife Stadium, all three of the team’s Kawasaki riders are now out of action.

Adam Cianciarulo underwent season-ending shoulder surgery on March 26 after winning three of the first four East races.

Martin Davalos holds an eight-point lead over Honda rider Justin Bogle entering Saturday’s penultimate round of the series, but he will miss the race after breaking both of his feet when he crashed while practicing earlier this week.

Finally, Blake Baggett, who was entered this weekend fourth in the standings, was hit in the eye by a rock while practicing this week and will be out of action.

The team’s transporter will be in the pits in New Jersey this weekend, but will have no riders on the track.
