MOORESVILLE, N.C. — In the first of an ongoing Legends of the Sport series, Race Chaser Online’s Tom Baker and Jacob Seelman will spend two hours with iconic racing promoter and personality Humpy Wheeler beginning tonight at 7 p.m. Eastern on the Performance Motorsports Network.

Over the course of the program, Wheeler shares his thoughts on NASCAR’s past, present and future and spins some tales of old from his days as President and General Manager of Charlotte Motor Speedway, including the one about the infamous “Humpy Bump”.

He’ll also discuss his thoughts on ways to improve the sport.

“We had the notion that we wanted to develop a series of ongoing special shows that center around the legends of the sport,” said Baker. “We knew right off that we wanted Humpy to kick off this series. His accomplishments before, during and since his time at Charlotte Motor Speedway and his book are the stuff of legends.”

“We are humbled and excited to present this show to our audience, and thankful that Humpy was so enthusiastic about coming in and sitting down with us for a couple of hours.”
