CONCORD, N.C. — Circle Sport – Leavine Family Racing (CSLFR) has announced a new partner for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Phoenix International Raceway as ON Semiconductor, driving energy efficient semiconductor innovations, will be the primary colors on the No. 95 Chevrolet SS driven by Michael McDowell.
